Essential Conversations

with the Wisdom Keepers of Myth

in Times of Turbulence and Disruption

Hero’s Journey® Foundation (HJF) presents our Essential Conversations Series– a collection of online interviews between HJF Founder and Executive Director Michael Mervosh and a collective of people whose lives have been influenced by heroism, courage, and myth. The ‘interviews’ are much more in-depth, so we call them “Essential Conversations.” Their purpose is to bring depth and meaning into our inevitable, current times of turbulence and disruption, while awakening and embodying our own personal humanity and human spirit.

Our seventh LIVE interview in the Essential Conversations Series is this Saturday, January 25th, 2020 at 11am ET. One hour with poet, Richard Blanco. Click here for more information.

We began our Essential Conversations Series in 2017, and each year we have provided in-depth and meaningful online programs that are free and open to the public. This initiative began with a desire to provide an online avenue to follow our mission statement and reach a wider audience that we might not reach through our wilderness retreats.

Our overarching theme within our ECS is to engage with how myth and the hero’s journey®, originated by Joseph Campbell, can inspire and awaken each individual to become enlivened within their own creative potential and soul gifts, and in so doing, enliven the world around them.

We find value in having these essential, deeper conversations with others who are living an embodied example and who are inspired to have courage in the ways they bring their life and vitality to the world around them, while also widening our vision of our own humanity.

We hope you will join us and our supporters in benefiting our initiative. Click Here to Contribute to our Essential Conversation Series Fund as we continue to bring outstanding speakers to you and a wider community. *All donations to the Hero’s Journey® Foundation are tax deductible.
