Whether welcoming guests to Lifebridge Sanctuary, coordinating transformative programming, or managing the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly, this team brings passion, expertise, and care to all they do.

Keith Mack

Facility and Grounds Coordinator
Keith Mack serves as the Facility and Grounds Coordinator for Lifebridge Sanctuary, a property of the Hero’s Journey® Foundation. With a hands-on and solution-focused approach, Keith oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the Sanctuary’s two buildings and 95-acre property in Rosendale, NY, ensuring it remains a welcoming and functional retreat space for groups, private gatherings, and events.

Keith’s responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing building systems, preparing and turning over spaces for guests, and facilitating grounds maintenance and improvements. With experience in facility management and a background in aerospace engineering, he skillfully balances hands-on tasks with logistical oversight to maintain the Sanctuary’s operations and pristine environment.

Always ready to support guests and address emergencies, Keith’s reliability and attention to detail ensure that Lifebridge Sanctuary continues to be a space of peace, wellness, and transformation for all who visit.

Judy Miller

Bookkeeper

Judy Miller has been an integral part of the Hero’s Journey® Foundation for over twenty years, serving as its bookkeeper. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial operations, Judy ensures that the foundation’s resources are managed with precision and care.

Judy brings a wealth of experience from her background in bookkeeping for medical groups and the healthcare field, where she honed her skills in managing complex financial systems. Her expertise has been invaluable in maintaining the foundation’s financial health and supporting its transformative work.

Beyond her professional skills, Judy’s long-standing dedication reflects her passion for supporting the Foundation’s mission and contributing to the meaningful work it brings to the community.

Anna Noack

Operations and Programs Manager

As Manager of Operations and Programs, Anna oversees the foundation’s day-to-day functions, planning, event management, and community engagement. With over 25 years of experience, Anna plays an essential role in supporting the Hero’s Journey® Foundation’s mission and activities.

In practice of communication, connection, and adventure, Anna brings strategy, design, and technical expertise to support transformative programs and the logistics, communication, and digital systems underpinning every aspect of the foundation’s work. Her thoughtful and practical approach helps align every initiative with the foundation’s mission and values while fostering community, inquiry, engagement, and growth.

With a background in educational settings, Anna is a life-long learner and heart-centered journeyer.  Anna is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their greatest potential.

Angela Perry

Facility Coordinator

Angela Perry serves as the On-Site Coordinator for Lifebridge Sanctuary. A lifelong local, Angela brings a deep connection to the community and a wealth of experience from her work in other nonprofits prior to joining the foundation.

In her role, Angela provides a welcoming presence for guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience at Lifebridge supports the important work they bring to the sanctuary. She coordinates with retreat leaders and groups to facilitate smooth arrivals, comfortable stays, and well-prepared spaces.

Angela’s attention to detail and commitment to hospitality help create an environment where guests can focus on their transformative work while enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the sanctuary. Her dedication to supporting others and creating meaningful connections ensures that Lifebridge Sanctuary continues to be a space where inspiration and growth thrive.

Kurt Seitz

Land Steward

Kurt serves as the Land Steward for Lifebridge Sanctuary, where he maintains the grounds and manages the 95-acre retreat’s trail system. With a lifetime of experience in environmental conservation and outdoor recreation, Kurt brings expertise in sustainable land management and trail building.

He has been instrumental in the creation of hundreds of miles of footpaths across New York State, was lead author of the 2010 New York Statewide Trails Plan for NYS Parks, and has thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine.

Kurt’s wisdom and work ensures that the sanctuary remains a harmonious and inviting location for guests to connect with the beauty and tranquility of the land. His stewardship reflects a commitment to preserving nature and to fostering meaningful outdoor experiences.

Cam Van Fossen

Executive Director

Cam Van Fossen is the Executive Director of the Hero’s Journey® Foundation, where they lead the organization’s strategic planning and long-term functions to ensure its stability and sustainability. Cam guided the foundation through the acquisition of Lifebridge Sanctuary and now focuses on shaping its future as a thriving retreat space and hub for transformative programs.

With nearly two decades of nonprofit experience, Cam manages the foundation’s programs, finances, and operations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture. Their expertise spans nonprofit governance, fundraising, equity initiatives, and team development, ensuring the organization remains grounded in its mission and values.

Rooted in community organizing, Cam is dedicated to systemic change and fostering connections that inspire growth and equity. Their transparent leadership style supports the Hero’s Journey® Foundation in delivering impactful programs and stewarding Lifebridge Sanctuary for years to come.
