WORKSHOP LOCATION
This retreat will take place at Lifebridge Sanctuary in Rosendale, NY, located 92 miles ( a two-hour drive) from New York City.
The closest airports are La Guardia and JFK, and a Trailways bus into Rosendale can be taken from Penn Station to Rosendale.

Arrival: Wednesday between 3:00 pm-5:00 pm, arrive and settle in. Our first gathering will be a welcome dinner for everyone at 6:00 pm
Departure: Sunday at 1:00 pm

ABOUT OUR MEALS
Our training menus are locally sourced, thoughtfully selected, and enthusiastically prepared on-site by our personal chef, Robby Lawrence. She will gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. (with notification 2 weeks before the workshop) https://forms.gle/AWtNSMy2AUQHLsgKA
All participants will assist, on a rotational basis, in meal set-ups and clean-ups as needed, and help to keep the kitchen and dining spaces clean and in order.
