Ensemble Hero
Quiet Courage, Creative Mourning & Radical Hope
On Being and Becoming Renewed In A Rapidly Changing World
An Opportunity To Be A Part of the Ensemble Journey
January 25th- February 20th, 2025
A three week winter journey that balances the inner work of being with the outer work of considered action. Balancing self-reflection with informed action in the container of community allows each of us to go where it has not been possible for us to go before.
Learn to face the unknown in new ways – FOR yourself, but not BY yourself.
Know yourself as better able to respond to an uncertain world with a stronger sense of self.
Have a lived experience of being connected to something larger than just yourself.
How To Journey Together by Meeting Online
January 25 – February 20, 2025.
A three-week Journey, meeting in a larger community on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings, Eastern Time; and in smaller ‘meet up’ groups to share how the journey unfolds for us all.
We will center community in a three-week Journey experience over the darkest time of winter.
The larger community gatherings will be hosted by Michael Mervosh. These sessions are recorded and available to those unable to attend. The smaller, one-hour Journey Groups will be held and facilitated by various Hero’s Journey Foundation staff. (These will not be recorded.)
During our Journey together we will deepen the experience, through provided readings, guided meditations, and self-reflections or journaling, along with invitations to do personal initiatives we call ‘reaches’. You are free to immerse yourself in whatever personal forms speak most to you.

“The impact of being together with so many people from all over the world witnessing and contributing to our lives and love and struggles with one another. No matter age, race or sexual preference, we are all experiencing a shared reality and living together through a time that none have ever been through before. A beautiful realization of connection within our shared community of loving unity! My heart is overflowing.”
“ The love of unknown that grew in me during this Ensemble hero online program opened a possibility for deeper contact with self and others and made possible to finish some old stories that were limiting for my living fully here.”
“I learned a simple secret to a happier and more powerful life. Instead of withdrawing and reacting to an unpleasant situation, I can engage and respond by focusing on treating everyone as they are called to be, and not as they are.”
“The Hero’s Journey web courses provide a fascinating and empowering fusion of self-reflection, meditation, and community. In every session, whether I speak before the group or only listen while other participants speak, I find myself viewing a part of my life in an unexpected way, and I am reinforced by compassion, and passion from this community of seekers. We assist one another to go deeper and farther in our lives and simply be more present. This group is unusual because of its huge heart.”
